Background:
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Mr. Flynn moved to Albany, Georgia at a very early age and considers Albany his home. Mr. Flynn attended the University of Georgia where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. After graduating in 1994, Mr. Flynn worked for the historical surveying firm of Brockington & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia where he assisted in completing historical surveying for construction of various Olympic venues.
Mr. Flynn went on to attend Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he graduated in 1998. While a student at Cumberland, Mr. Flynn was a Moot Court Finalist. During law school, Mr. Flynn worked for the law firm of Pritchard, McCall & Jones and James G. Henderson, United States Bankruptcy Court Trustee where Mr. Flynn gained invaluable experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
After law school, Mr. Flynn went to work for the law firm of Rives & Peterson specializing in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Mr. Flynn subsequently went to work for the litigation boutique of Christian & Small continuing his practice in commercial litigation. In 2002, Mr. Flynn moved home to associate with the firm of Moore, Clarke, DuVall & Rodgers, P.C.
On June 1, 2005, Mr. Flynn left Moore, Clarke, DuVall & Rodgers with Charles E. Peeler to form Flynn & Peeler, LLC. Flynn & Peeler's practice will focus on general litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation including matters involving bankruptcy, intellectual property, and business disputes.

Mr. Flynn has successfully represented clients in all types of commercial litigation matters. Mr. Flynn is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts in Alabama and Georgia. Mr. Flynn has represented clients in District Courts throughout the country including commercial litigation claims in large Chapter 11 cases in Delaware.

Mr. Flynn represented First Commercial in general litigation matters. Mr. Flynn was involved in defending the bank in matters involving claims for improper payments of commercial paper and claims for fraud. Mr. Flynn also represented First Commercial in commercial collection matters including secured transactions.

Mr. Flynn represented and continues to represent CitiCapital in all types of litigation including commercial collections, secured transactions, and bankruptcy matters.
· AmSouth Bank, Birmingham, Alabama
Mr. Flynn extensively represented AmSouth Bank while in Birmingham in all types of litigation, primarily general collections.
. Specialized Commercial Lending, New Orleans, Louisiana
Mr. Flynn represented Specialized Commercial Lending in commercial disputes including claims of lender liability and fraud. Mr. Flynn routinely prosecuted actions seeking to except bankruptcy debtor's claim from discharge on account of fraud perpetrated in connection with the loan application or conversion of collateral.
· Citizens Credit Services, Nashville, Tennessee
Mr. Flynn represented Citizens Credit in general litigation and commercial matters including commercial collections and bankruptcy matters.
· Community Bank, Oneonta, Alabama
Mr. Flynn represented Community Bank of Oneonta, Alabama in customer's claims involving the purported improper payment of forged or counterfeit items. On one instance, Mr. Flynn represented Community Bank in a four day jury trial in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama in claims brought by a customer for the payment of checks which contained forged signatures in an amount exceeding $500,000.00. The trial was concluded with a verdict in favor of Community Bank absolving Community Bank from any liability.
· Bruno's Supermarket Bondholders
Mr. Flynn represented bondholders in their claims for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty in connection with the purchase of bonds from KKR to raise funds to purchase Bruno's Supermarket.
